cm dash board मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सी.एम डैशबोर्ड ‘दर्पण 2.0’ की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि सभी विभागों को सीएम डैशबोर्ड से जोड़ा जाए और सभी विभागों की गतिमान परियोजनाओं का डाटा भी अपलोड करवाया जाए। उन्होंने 15 दिन में सभी विभागों को परियोजनाओं का अपडेट पोर्टल में करने केे निर्देश दिये। प्रत्येक माह की 07 तारीख तक विभागों को पिछले माह का डाटा अपलोड करना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सी.एम हेल्पलाईन 1905 की भी हर माह समीक्षा करेंगें

मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिवों को निर्देश दिये कि सभी सचिव अपने विभाग की प्रत्येक माह सीएम डैशबार्ड संबंधी बैठक करे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि जो भी पोर्टल बनाये जा रहे हैं, वे यूजर फ्रैंडली हों। डैशबोर्ड में डाटा का प्रस्तुतीकरण बेहतर तरीके से किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सीएम डैशबोर्ड का मुख्य उद्देश्य जन समस्याओं का समाधान करना है। इस डैशबोर्ड के माध्यम से जन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए विभागों द्वारा समस्याओं को चिन्हित कर उनका समाधान निकाला जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि गरीबों के कल्याण, युवाओं के कल्याण, अन्नदाताओं और नारी सशक्तीकरण की दिशा में तेजी से कार्य किये जाएं। संबंधित विभागों द्वारा इन क्षेत्रों में किये जा रहे कार्यों का परिणाम धरातल पर दिखे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार की फ्लैगशिप स्कीम को डैशबोर्ड में अनिवार्य रूप से दर्शाया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि पीएम गतिशक्ति उत्तराखण्ड पोर्टल में 05 करोड़ से अधिक धनराशि की सभी परियोजनाओं को दर्शाया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सी.एम डैशबोर्ड के साथ ही डी.एम डैशबोर्ड को भी धरातल पर लाया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास किये जाए। रोजगार और स्वरोजगार से जुड़े विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्यशाला का आयोजन करें, जिसमें विषय विशेषज्ञों को भी शामिल किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि उच्च शिक्षा के साथ हमें विद्यार्थियों को व्यावसायिक शिक्षा और कौशल विकास से जोड़ना होगा। उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों, मेडिकल कॉलेजों और तकनीकि शिक्षा में प्लेसमेंट सेल के साथ ही विद्यार्थियों के लिए गाइडेंस और काउंसलिंग की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित की जाए। इस तरह की कारगर व्यवस्था बनाई जाए कि उच्च शिक्षा के दौरान कितने अभ्यर्थियों ने प्लेसमेंट के लिए आवेदन किया और कितनों को नौकरी मिली। युवाओं के स्किल डेवलपमेंट पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।
