Chardham Yatra 2025: चारधाम यात्रा मार्ग के होटल- ढाबों में इस बार तीर्थयात्रियों को ना सिर्फ स्वच्छ और शुद्ध भोजन मिलेगा, बल्कि होटल कारोबारी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अपील के अनुसार भोजन में तेल, नमक और चीनी का प्रयोग भी कम करने का प्रयास करेंगे। साथ ही सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक रोकथाम के लिए भी तीर्थ यात्रियों को प्रोत्साहित करेंगे। इसके लिए खाद्य संरक्षा औषधि प्रशासन विभाग ने यात्रा प्रारंभ होने से पहले ही यात्रा मार्ग के होटल और खाद्य कारोबारियों के साथ व्यापक स्तर संवाद और प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरु किया है।
हरित चारधाम यात्रा थीम पर शुरू हुआ अभियान
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस बार सभी विभागों को हरित चारधाम यात्रा की थीम पर, यात्रा संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसी क्रम में खाद्य संरक्षा औषधि प्रशासन विभाग, यात्रा(Chardham Yatra 2025) मार्ग के प्रमुख शहरों में होटल और खाद्य कारोबारियों के साथ प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला आयोजित कर रहा है। आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि इन कार्यशालाओं में होटल कारोबारियों से अपने भोजन में तेल, नमक और चीनी का उपयोग कम करने की अपील की जा रही है। इससे खासकर मधुमेह और उच्च रक्तचाप की समस्या से पीड़ित यात्रियों को सुविधा रहेगी। साथ ही ईट राइट अभियान के क्रम में होटलों को खाद्य तेल को तीन बार से अधिक इस्तेमाल करने के बजाय इसे बायोफ्यूल बनाने के लिए उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कहा जा रहा है।
तेल, नमक, चीनी का प्रयोग कम करेंगे होटल कारोबारी
डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि होटल कारोबारियों को पानी की बोतल, रैपर जैसे सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक के उपयोग को भी हतोत्साहित करते हुए, पर्यावरण संरक्षण में सहयोग के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त मुख्यालय गणेश कंडवाल ने बताया कि विभागीय निर्देशों के क्रम में अब तक ऋषिकेश, श्रीनगर, रुद्रप्रयाग में होटल कारोबारियों के साथ ही संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न किया जा चुका है। यात्रा(Chardham Yatra 2025) शुरु होने से पहले उत्तरकाशी, चंबा और हरिद्वार सहित कुछ और स्थानों पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न किया जाएगा। साथ ही मिलेट्स को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्थानीय खाद्य उत्पादों को भी उपलब्ध कराने को कहा जा रहा है।
इस बार हम हरित चारधाम यात्रा का संकल्प लेकर तैयारी कर रहे हैं। हमारा प्रयास है कि ना सिर्फ तीर्थ यात्रियों को शुद्ध भोजन और स्वच्छ वातावरण मिले, बल्कि यात्रा के चलते हमारे पवित्र तीर्थस्थलों पर सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक की समस्या भी पैदा न हो, हम सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक का रिड्यूस, रियूज और रिसाइकिल के सिद्धांत पर काम कर रहे हैं। इसमें हमें तीर्थ यात्रियों- खाद्य कारोबारियों से लेकर स्थानीय लोगों तक सभी का सहयोग चाहिए।
