Manaskhand Mission देवभूमि में मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के तहत आने वाले मंदिरों से़ अन्य राज्यों के श्रद्धालुओं और पर्यटकों को जोड़ने के लिए 15 अप्रैल से एक रेल सेवा मानसखण्ड एक्सप्रेस प्रारम्भ किये जाने पर कार्य चल रहा है। यह रेल सेवा कोलकाता से टनकपुर तक संचालित की जाएगी। श्रद्धालुओं और पर्यटकों की सुविधा के लिए टनकपुर से पूर्णागिरी, हाटकालिका, पाताल भुवनेश्वर, जागेश्वरधाम, गोल्ज्यू देवता मंदिर, नन्दा देवी, कैंची धाम आदि मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला के अन्य मंदिरों तक स्थानीय बस व अन्य परिवहन सेवाओं को संचालित किया जाएगा।

पर्यटकों की वापसी के लिए काठगोदाम से कलकता के लिए रेल सेवा उपलब्ध रहेगी। मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के कार्यों की समीक्षा के दौरान एसीएस राधा रतूड़ी ने लोक निर्माण विभाग को मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के तहत मंदिरों को जोड़ने वाली अप्रोच रोड्स के चौड़ीकरण कार्य को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
पर्यटन विभाग ने जानकारी दी कि मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के तहत चिहिन्त कुमाऊँ मण्डल के सभी 16 मंदिरों के अलग-अलग मास्टर प्लान अनुमोदित हो चुके हैं। इनमें से 9 मंदिरों की डीपीआर तैयार हो चुकी है। इनमें से अधिकांश मंदिरों का शिलान्यास जल्द हो जाएगा। मंदिरों के सौंदर्यीकरण एवं विकास का कार्य कलस्टर अप्रोच के साथ किया जा रहा है।
15 अप्रैल से मानसखण्ड एक्सप्रेस शुरू करने की तैयारी
एसीएस रतूड़ी ने मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के तहत आने वाले सभी मंदिरों सौन्दर्यीकरण के साथ ही इनसे जोड़ने वाली अप्रोच रोड के चौड़ीकरण के कार्यो को भी साथ-साथ जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। लोक निर्माण विभाग को सिंगल लाइन सड़कों को डबल लाइन में बदलने के कार्यो को जल्द समाप्त करने के निर्देश जारी हुए हैं। एसीएस रतूड़ी ने संस्कृति विभाग को राज्य की ऐतिहासिक विरासतों, मंदिरों आदि के संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन हेतु हेरीटेज एक्ट पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
