Chardham Yatra: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के दिशा निर्देशन में आगामी चारधाम यात्रा को सरल, सुगम और सुरक्षित संचालन को लेकर जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय सिंह ने यात्रा से जुड़े तमाम विभागों के साथ महत्वपूर्ण बैठक की। उन्होंने विभागों को चारधाम यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं को प्राथमिकता के साथ समय पर पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि फंड के कारण यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं में कोई कमी नहीं रहनी चाहिए। विभागों को अतिरिक्त फंड की आवश्यकता होगी तो जिला प्रशासन फंड की व्यवस्था भी करेगा। उन्होंने विभागों को अपनी डिमांड तत्काल प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।
चारधाम यात्रा(Chardham Yatra) को लेकर जिलाधिकारी ने ऋषिकेश और विकासनगर में वाहनों की पार्किंग, यात्रियों की ठहरने की क्षमता, रजिस्ट्रेशन व्यवस्था, सड़क, पेयजल, पार्किंग, परिवहन, भोजन, शौचालय सहित यात्रा से जुड़ी तमाम व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि सड़कों पर डायवर्जन एवं कियोस्क प्वांइट पर स्मूथ ट्रैफिक मूवमेंट की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। होटल, धर्मशाला, गुरूद्वारा एवं ट्रॉजिंट कैंप में श्रद्वालुओं के भोजन, पानी, शौचालय सहित ठहरने की उचित प्रबंध किए जाए। निर्माण एवं मरम्मत कार्यो को समय से पूरा कराया जाए।
जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि ऋषिकेश और विकास नगर में रजिस्ट्रेशन काउंटर बढ़ाने के साथ राउंड-द-क्लॉक काउंटर संचालन की व्यवस्था की जाए। पोर्टल में देरी के कारण श्रद्धालुओं को टूरिस्ट कैंप में रातें न बितानी पडे। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि 163 बीएनएसएस से उक्त निर्देशों को बाध्यकारी बनाया जाएगा। ऋषिकेश में काउंटर बढाकर 30 किए जाए और विकासनगर में 20 काउंटर लगाए जाए। रजिस्ट्रेशन काउंटर पर एक के बजाय दो कार्मिक तैनात करें। नेटवर्क का उचित प्रबंध किया जाए। साथ ही ऑफलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए पुख्ता भी प्रबंध किए जाए ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को पंजीकरण की त्वरित एवं उचित सुविधा मिले और किसी को परेशानी न हो।
जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि यात्रा(Chardham Yatra) रूट पर जो भी कमियां है, उनको तत्काल दूर करें। तीर्थयात्रियों की सुविधा और उनको आवश्यक जानकारी प्रेषित करने के लिए सभी प्रमुख स्थानों पर एलईडी की व्यवस्था की जाए। नगर क्षेत्र में नगर निगम एवं अन्य स्थानों पर लोनिवि के माध्यम एलईडी लगवाए जाए। इसके लिए जिला प्रशासन पर्याप्त फंड देगा। स्वास्थ्य विभाग को चिकित्सक एवं एंबुलेंस की तैनाती के साथ ही हेल्थ एडवाइजरी जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। यात्रियों के होर्डिंग एरिया और यात्रा रूट पर टीटीएसपी, वाटर एटीएम, टैंकर सहित पेयजल की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की जाए।
बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, एसपी जया बलूनी, अपर जिलाधिकारी जय भारत, एसडीएम मसूरी अनामिका, एसडीएम ऋषिकेश स्मृता परमार, एसडीएम विकासनगर विनोद कुमार, सीएमओ डा0 मनोज कुमार, आरटीओ सुनील शर्मा, ईई लोनिवि बी. दिवेद्वी, डीटीडीओ सीमा नौटियाल, डीएसओ केके अग्रवाल सहित यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं से जुड़े समस्त विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
