Rudraksh Ki Utpatti: हिंदू धर्म में हर माह कृष्ण और शुक्ल पक्ष की त्रयोदशी को प्रदोष का व्रत रखा जाता है. प्रदोष व्रत भगवान शिव को समर्पित है. प्रदोष व्रत के दिन उपवास और भगवान शिव की विशेष पूजा अर्चना की जाती है. प्रदोष व्रत के दिन उपवास और भगवान शिव के पूजन से जीवन के कष्ट दूर हो जाते हैं. जीवन में सुख-शांति और समृद्धि का वास बना रहता है. प्रदोष व्रत के दिन रुद्राक्ष धारण करना भी बहुत खास माना जाता है.
भगवान शिव से है गहरा संबंध
रुद्राक्ष का संबंध भगवान शिव से बहुत गहरा है. रुद्राक्ष का बहुत विस्तार से वर्णन शिव पुराण और स्कंद पुराण में मिलता है. रुद्राक्ष पहनने वाले लोगों को नियमों का पालन करना पड़ता है. इसे पहनना बहुत ही फायदेमंद है, लेकिन अक्सर लोगों के मन में ये सवाल आता है, कि भगवान शिव को प्रिय ये रुद्राक्ष कब और कैसे उत्पन्न हुआ. आइए रुद्राक्ष की उत्पत्ति(Rudraksh Ki Utpatti) के और इसे पहनने के फायदे जानते हैं.
ऐसे हुई थी रुद्राक्ष की उत्पत्ति?
पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार, प्राचीन काल में एक त्रिपुरासुर नाम का असुर था. उसने धरती लोक पर आतंक मचाकर रख दिया था. यही नहीं त्रिपुरासुर से देवता भी परेशान थे. कोई भी देवता त्रिपुरासुर को पराजित करने में सफल नहीं हो पा रहा था. अंत में सभी देवता भागे-भागे भगवान शिव के पास पहुंचे. जब देवता भगवान शिव के पास पहुंचे उस समय महादेव योग मुद्रा में तपस्या में लीन थे.
महादेव की तपस्या पूरी हुई तो उनकी आंखों से धरती पर आंसू गिर पड़े. हिंदू मान्यताओं के अनुसार, जहां-जहां भगवान शिव के आंसू गिरे, वहां-वहां रुद्राक्ष के वृक्ष उग गए. यानी रुद्राक्ष की उत्पत्ति(Rudraksh Ki Utpatti) भगवान शिव के आंसुओं से हुई. महादेव ने त्रिपुरासुर का वध भी किया. आपकी जानकारी के ये भी बता दें कि रुद्राक्ष 14 तरह का होता है. सभी का अपना महत्व है. माना जाता है कि रुद्राक्ष अमावस्या, पूर्णिमा, सावन सोमवार और प्रदोष व्रत के दिन पहनना चाहिए.
रुद्राक्ष पहनने के लाभ
जो लोग रुद्राक्ष पहनते हैं उनको मानसिक शांति मिलती है. उनकी आध्यात्मिक उन्नति होती है. रुद्राक्ष पहनने वालों पर महादेव का आशीर्वाद बना रहता है. पापों का नाश हो जाता है. शारीरिक रोग दूर हो जाते हैं. डर समाप्त होते हैं.
